Will I save money?
Its perfectly likely you will! Many of our clients save handsomely and some save huge amounts. However, we should stress that the quality of the cover, legal representation and service provided is far more important to many of our clients.
Are your lawyers good?
We are under no illusions that the lawyers are absolutely critical to the structure. We only work with lawyers that have extensive experience in this specific sector. many are used as a second layer of advice by the defence organisations and have huge legal teams ready to take your call should you need any assistance at all via a 24 hour helpline.
Is insurance discretionary at all?
No! The insurance products we introduce are all legally binding contracts. Thus there is no element of discretion to them whatsoever.
Is the insurance accepted by the hospital groups and the GMC?
Yes. Some hospitals require certain levels of indemnity but we can provide levels from 5m through to 20m to satisfy the respective needs of each and every hospital or venue.

I have a lot of claims and am struggling to find insurance, can you help?
Yes, very much so. Many brokers simply go to one market and end up with very high price, high excess unviable options. Our brokers spend a lot of time with clients we term "distressed" , which they often are. We build a case for them to present to the brokers and often find really good solutions. Furthermore, we help them improve their record to give them better and multiple options in the future.
How do I apply?
Simply fill in the application form HERE . We will most likely need your letter of good standing (claims record) for the past 10 years so please ask for that from your previous providers.
Can we meet face to face?
Of course! We are old school and prefer to do this! Your indemnity and that of your clinic is very important. We would not expect anyone to take it out without the opportunity to meet the people who helps them arrange it.
